The YWCA chose Copley Harris Company to lead a development-program assessment and board retreat in 2001 with the aim of enhancing leadership skills and engagement in support of fundraising. We were invited back in 2003 to reshape the organization's development strategies and help prepare for a bold campaign initiative by facilitating an all-day planning retreat for staff and board members.

Iona Grammar School, Westchester County, New York
In 2003, Iona Grammar School, a private Catholic institution, recruited Peter Borchetta to serve as its first lay headmaster/president. Peter quickly recognized the need for institutional strategic planning and retained CHC, having worked with us in his former position as head of Trinity Catholic High School in Stamford, Connecticut. The project was successful, yielding a road map for Iona's ongoing strategic growth and advancement.
