Copley Harris Company, Inc. Appoints New President

(Danvers, MA) Copley Harris Company, Inc. has appointed Larry G. Raff as President. Raff held the position of Senior Consultant at Copley Harris, one of New England’s leading full-service fund raising consulting and executive search firms.

Raff joins the Company Founder and Chairman, Betty Ann Copley, in leading the Company’s expansion of its service offerings and its team of professional consultants. “The philanthropic marketplace is the most competitive in our economy, and it requires an increasingly high level of expertise and institutional investment to be successful,” believes Raff. Copley Harris Company provides the expertise and informed strategy that is needed for an organization to make effective investments in its development program.

Raff brings more than 25 years of accomplished leadership and entrepreneurial contributions to organizations including healthcare, biomedical research, higher education, environmental, cultural and human services. His breadth of experience serving in leadership positions including chief executive officer and chief development officer of established and start-up organizations enables him to address organizational challenges from many perspectives, and to interact constructively with senior executives and leadership volunteers.

Raff has served on the boards of numerous community and professional organizations and has extensive experience with public speaking and media relations. He is currently serving as the President of The Friday Forum, a Boston-based collegial organization of senior development officers, and as the President of the Autoimmune Disease Research Foundation.
