Angel Flight Northeast, North Andover,
Massachusetts
Over the past year, Copley Harris Company has helped this remarkable network
of "angels" increase its capacity to provide free lifesaving air transportation
for children and families with complex medical needs. Founded in 1996
by Larry Camerlin of Andover, Massachusetts, Angel Flight Northeast maintains
a network of more than 800 pilots and "earth angels" who donate time,
planes, and funds to help transport patients from remote locations in
the Northeast to the region's finest medical centers. Recently, CHC created
a campaign strategy to help the organization raise $1 million in operating
support. Angel Flight NE earned an entry in this year's Catalog of Philanthropy
and is building a dynamic core of leaders to help implement the vision
and plan.

Southern Maine Medical Center, Biddeford, Maine
Originally retained to assist the hospital with its annual fund drive,
CHC is now working with SMMC president Ed McGeachey and the development
staff as they prepare to embark on an ambitious capital campaign.
