Vice President
As an Associate for Copley Harris Company, Inc. since 1996, Liz
manages all aspects of the executive search division from client
relationships through final selection of candidates. A full time
member of the CHC in-house staff, Liz supports current clients with
database management and conversions, she also manages CHC's computer
systems.
While conducting executive searches, Liz meets with members of
the organization whose support of the new development executive
is crucial to ensuring the future success of the development efforts.
She prepares a narrative of the position description with qualifications
and criteria for selection, she places recruitment advertisements
and works with the CHC team to identify potential prospects and
pursue those most prominent and successful in their current positions.
Liz screens, qualifies and interviews candidates and advances the
most favored candidates to the client's CEO for further consideration.
Former clients include: Anna Jaques Community Health Foundation,
Children's Hospital, New England Aquarium, Massachusetts Eye & Ear
Infirmary, PG Calc Incorporated, Peabody Essex Museum, and the Society
for the Preservation of New England Antiquities
Prior to joining CHC, Liz worked at PictureTel in International
Sales and with Siemens Medical Systems in Human Resources and in
International Sales. Liz is a member of Women in Development, AFP,
AHP and PGGNE.
