Senior Associate
Carroll has devoted her career to serving non-profit organizations. She has extensive experience in all aspects of fund development with particular emphasis in establishing and growing major gifts programs, all aspects of capital campaign oversight and management, experience with annual fund programs, and special events experience.
Prior to joining our firm, Carroll served as the Senior Development Officer for Cape Cod Healthcare (Hyannis, Massachusetts) and the Director of Development at the North Shore Medical Center Foundation (Salem, Massachusetts). During her tenure at Cape Cod Healthcare, Carroll personally solicited four $1M gifts and was part of a team that obtained two $5M lead gifts. While at North Shore Medical, Carroll grew their annual Cancer Walk to $1M from $500,000 in addition to her responsibilities in all other areas of the fundraising program.
Before entering healthcare, Carroll worked in university admissions offices and established a consulting firm specializing in college admissions and financial aid. A graduate of Regis College, Carroll received her M.Ed. from Tufts University. A member of AHP, NEAHP, and CASE, she is a College Board moderator and panel presenter at national and regional meetings. Among her many volunteer activities, Carroll is the Vice Commodore at the Allen Harbor Yacht Club and has served as a Board member for Mount Ida College, Aquinas College, and WE CAN (Women's Empowerment Through Cape Area Networking). |
