How do you assign a consultant to our project?
In matching your project with a CHC consultant, the most important considerations are your needs and the skills needed to direct the project. We also recognize the importance of "chemistry" in the relationship between you and your consultant.

How will CHC work with us to determine our role vs. the consultant's role throughout our contract?
The level and types of service we provide vary in accordance with your needs, your organizational capabilities, and the depth and complexity of the project at hand. Before taking on an assignment, we work with you to identify project needs and goals, define roles, and create a work plan encompassing all aspects of the assignment. We strive to establish, early in the relationship, expectations and roles for both client and consultant, so the terms of our engagement are clear from the start. In all cases, we seek:

How does CHC charge for services?
 We base our fees on a predetermined daily rate (plus travel and production expenses). Every contract delineates terms for the numbers of days of service to be provided each month and lists all agreed-upon deliverables. Copley Harris Company does not work on commission.
